Retreat Participation Terms
Organizer and series
Health & Longevity Coaching LLC, operating publicly as Health and Longevity Coaching, organizes this educational group experience at Old School Maker Space in San Antonio, Texas. The series consists of six Thursday sessions, January 21 through February 25, 2027, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Central Time.
Package and price
The promotional price is $300 total. It includes all six in-person group sessions, Midlife Transitions: The Book, and Midlife Transitions: The Journal. There is no separate additional workshop fee for this package. Enrollment and full payment must be completed by December 15, 2026, to qualify for this promotional option, subject to availability.
Registration confirmation
Submitting a registration form begins the review of your request. Your registration is confirmed only after Health and Longevity Coaching has confirmed availability, you have accepted the applicable terms, full payment has been received, and you have received written confirmation of your place.
Participant cancellation and refunds
If you cancel in writing on or before December 16, 2026, $100 of the $300 paid will be refunded; the remaining $100 is retained as the nonrefundable enrollment amount credited toward the total price. No refund will be issued for a participant cancellation received after November 16, 2026, or for missed sessions, partial attendance, or withdrawal after that date, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If we cancel or materially change the series
If Health & Longevity Coaching LLC cancels the series, amounts paid will be refunded unless you affirmatively choose an offered transfer or credit. If the dates, location, or core format change materially and you cannot reasonably attend, we will explain the available options in writing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Transfers
A registration cannot be transferred to another person without prior written confirmation from Health and Longevity Coaching. Contact us before making any transfer arrangements.
Participation and privacy
This series is educational and nonclinical. It does not provide diagnosis, medical care, psychotherapy, treatment, or crisis services. You may decide how much to share and may decline to discuss personal experiences. Please respect other participants’ privacy and do not photograph, record, or share their statements without their permission. Group confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
Registration information and media

Registering and accepting these terms does not grant permission to use an identifiable photograph, audio or video recording, testimonial, name, quotation, or personal story. Photography and audio or video choices must be offered separately, voluntarily, and unchecked by default, with a linked Photography and Recording Notice describing the actual permitted uses.
